Joan Oghosa is a brand storyteller, communications strategist, and purpose-driven leader passionate about merging excellence with faith. With over a decade of experience shaping narratives and building brands that connect deeply, she currently serves on the senior management team of a leading financial institution. Joan holds a Double Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from Rome Business School and VIU Spain, alongside advanced training in product management.

Beyond her corporate career, she is also Same OG— one of Africa’s leading AfroGospel artists — and the Founder of Purpose and Profession, a movement helping people align faith with professional excellence. Through her work, music, and mentorship, Joan continues to inspire many to live meaningfully and lead with purpose.

Tobi is a co-founder and Partner at Growthskool an EdTech platform that empowers young professionals with technical marketing skills that positions them for global opportunities. Tobi is recognised as a mentor and trainer an active member of local and international professional bodies.

Outside of professional duties he is also a volunteer for non-profit organisations in the Unted Kingdom where he leads strategy and digital transformation. He is the author of the Purpose & Profession Newsletter on LinkedIn as he continuously seeks to help people align their career with their God-given purpose.

Driven by his passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth, he is dedicated to pushing boundaries, fostering collaboration, and empowering marketing professionals and entrepreneurs to thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape

Promise Ekewuba is a growth marketing leader dedicated to helping businesses thrive while aligning with a deeper purpose. As a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist at Duplo and Creative Director at Prunet Digital, he leverages over 9 years of experience to drive acquisition and revenue growth across Africa. Promise is passionate about empowering marketing teams and building capabilities, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and impactful contributions that extend beyond the workplace.

Promise is passionate about leveraging strategic marketing to unlock business results, leading trainings, strategy sprints, and internal capability building. He holds an MBA and dual Master’s degrees in Marketing and Communications, along with certifications in SEO, digital marketing, advertising, and ABM. Outside his professional endeavors, he volunteers as an Awards & Volunteering Coordinator for the African ChangeMakers Initiative.
